We have always had an amazing experience travelling with Trawel Mart. We have travelled with them since day one and they have been very helpful. They give us the best options in everything and even satisfy our needs to the fullest. We have gone to many trips with them as Bali, Morocco, Tanzania, Spain, Finland and many more and have enjoyed each and every part of each trips to the fullest and thoroughly. I choose Trawel Mart for the first time based on a friend's recommendation, and I found it to be an excellent travel agency. They provided detailed insights into their tour packages and destinations. The representatives were very friendly and knowledgeable, which made the process smooth from start to finish. They assisted us in booking a vacation to Bali with a well-structured itinerary. We took our first trip with Trawel Mart to go to Kenya. It was a great trip and well coordinated trip. Starting from the booking and giving us all the information required to go to a different country, checking on us before we boarded the flights, checking on us while we were on the trip was very professional from the Trawel Mart team. Kajal was really good and and hands-on while we were on the trip! Overall, we felt they took extra care as a travel agency, which we had not experienced before. I can’t wait to plan my travel with them next time!

We travelled to Kenya through Travelmart and entire journey was managed my them starting from itinerary, flight tickets, accommodation to on ground operations when we were there for the entire week. All arrangements were very well managed, our guide (Lawrence) was great and helped us spot all the amazing animals. We could spot a lot of lions, elephants, giraffes, zebra, wild beast, and impalas. And also spotted cheetah and leopard which was cherry on the cake for the entire trip. All in all we were very happy with the entire experience and specifically our guide Lawrence who made it a memorable trip for us.

The accommodations they had arranged were best in the category and was in the forest reserve. They had arranged a 6 seater 4x4 land cruiser vehicle which was in very good condition and had a sharp and an experienced driver cum guide. We were lucky enough as we could sight almost all types of wild animals during our safari. Mrs. Kajal and Mr.Dilip who was our operations manager was always in touch with us starting from our flight journey which was in the wee hours of the day up until our landing at Bangalore airport giving us backup support throughout the tour. Thank you Mrs Soumya for this wonderful tour customised exclusively for us. We would like to utilise the services of Trawel mart in future also.
